We have recently implemented a new water bill payment system. During this transition, we identified that several customers who were previously enrolled in Auto-draft under our old system have not yet signed up for Auto-draft in the new system.
If you would like to continue using Auto-draft, please take a moment to enroll in the new system at your earliest convenience. Please give us a call if you are needing assistance in setting up your new online account!
If you prefer not to sign up for Auto-draft, we will continue to accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash
- Check
- In-office credit card payments
- Credit card payments over the phone
Please note that late charges will be applied on the 20th of every month for any unpaid balances.
